Per the JPS insurance policy we require coaches to adhere to the JPS Policy preventing all types of Abuse and Bullying. Coaches in a JPS event must confirm the following regarding abuse.

- Have you ever been accused of abuse, whether physical abuse, sexual abuse, mental abuse, or emotional abuse?
- Have you ever been convicted of abuse, whether physical abuse, sexual abuse, mental abuse, or emotional abuse?
